Homemade goji berries grown on our farm are added to the honey. The fruits are slowly dried for 12-14 days at a mild temperature in our bread oven. Due to its creamy and thick structure, honey with goji berries is particularly suitable as a healthy spread on bread, but it can also be used as a sweetener for tea or a rich addition to pastries.
