Štajersko Prekmurje pumpkin oil is an unrefined edible oil produced by pressing roasted pumpkin seeds, which were obtained from Cucrbita pepo pumpkins and processed in the area of Štajerska and Prekmurje. The oil is dark green in color with reddish hues.
